All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping cost due to damage are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all damaged goods be returned for repair and insured with a tracking number. Please email shop@marysiachamp.com if returning a damaged item immediately.

Lost Items

In the incident that your item has been lost stolen - please check with your neighbors and carrier first. Mistakes do happen and sometimes local post offices hold packages for unexplained reasons. Please do this as soon as you think the parcel is lost/stolen so that the local post office can be of help.

In the event that you are unable to locate your package please email me studio@marysiachamp.com so that I may file a claim. Once the case is complete I will send you your replacement. Please note that this can take a couple of weeks or longer.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

For your order to arrive in time for Christmas I recommend ordering as soon as possible. Shipping time really starts slowing down starting in November! I still cannot 100% guarantee delivery by Christmas if you order before these dates as road closure and weather also greatly affect parcel deliveries.

  • Canada - December 10

  • International - December 1
