It's Friday! How is everyone feeling? Ready for the weekend or is it completely full of errands, parties and Christmas to dos? Mine is chalk full of events and I still have quite a few Christmas errands to get done before next Friday and I am definitely now feeling the grind!! I made salt dough ornaments for the first time with my kids this week and that was just so fun and I can't wait to gift them to their grandparents. I've started writing affirmations for myself. At first it felt really silly - as if I knew what I was writing was true and eye rolling myself. But after writing and rewriting my affirmations it grew on me. I'm feeling more confident, strong and secure with the things I already know about myself. It feels really positive to make the time to write nice things about myself.
